Welcome. I’m Dr. Scott Graziosa from Lifeline Chiropractic. I’m now going to go over what I call the five factors of health.  The first factor is going to be fuel. Are we eating nutritious food? Are  drinking plenty of water?  So everything that goes into our body will produce results. The way I like to say it is how do you fuel the Ferrari?

 

Are you fuel a garbage fuel or good fuel? That is the first factor.  The second factor here,  okay, is going to be exercise. Are we moving? Are we keeping our joints, moving our muscles, everything. One statement I like to use is motion is lotion. The more movement we have, the better our life is. Movement is life.

 

The third factor here.  Is rest. Rest is so important. Are we sleeping well? Right? The more we sleep, the more we recharge. That’s really important. Is a good night’s rest, 6, 7, 8 hours. What works for you? But that’s a very important factor. We’re gonna put the fourth one over here. This one’s very important, is mindset.

 

Are we positive? Are we negative? Are we expecting negative results? Are we being positive or optimistic? This is very important for the overall function of our bodies and one of the major factors, the five factors of he here. Number five, this is chiropractic related now,  right? The fifth and probably the most important, my opinion is a sound  nervous system.

 

With the sound nervous system, your brain is communicating with the body and the body’s communicated back to the brain. So all these factors fuel what are we putting in our bodies? Exercise. Are we keeping movement  rest? Are we healing properly? Are we recharging mindset? Are we thinking.
